…it’s my birthday too yeah.” First off that was from the Beatles. I listened to it this morning at 6:15am while Murphy and I drove to the beach to watch the sun rise. Thats kinda been my thing the last three years, so I figured I would keep the dream alive (and It is). Updating my website has been a real booger lately, I’m in limbo on what to do with this site considering I can’t update a bunch of it due to technical reasons. I have a lot I want to write here and share, a lot of things have happened since I migrated east to Savannah for a bit. Mainly I shot a film and a ton of photos all mixed up with some good stories and friends. One thing has always been consistent with my birthday and this silly website of mine, and that is Feb. 7th of each year (today) I get twice as much traffic as usual. Why? No idea. Do I like it? Always. So for all you who have continued reading this far, have a great day. And Mom, happy Labor day.

So as the day continued, we had to eat. Murphy and I packed a nice lunch of crackers, cheese, fruit, and bottled coke.

After that we went out to Pooler to see Adam and Halli, where Adam showed me how to made a ring for Murphy (a girlfriend kinda ring). I love the idea of making something on your birthday, something that lasts more than one day. It was unreal how many steps it takes to make a silver ring. I was hoping all I had to do was saw off the end of a silver pipe, turns out jewelers really have to know what they are doing.

Soon after the ring was done (it took me 4.5 hours) Halli got a call that the issue of Country Living Magazine was out. She kinda freaked out, which added to the already beautiful day.

And to finish an already amazing day, I called a few friends and went to Mellow Mushroom where a ton of people showed up.

Once again, I’m always blessed with really great birthdays.
