It’s snowing outside,

and I am supposed to fly home in 5 hours. It’s going to be a long night.

This will most likely be my last post of 2008, so I figured it should be somewhat good. Here goes:

On Dec. 10 Danny had a solo exhibition of 45ish newish photos. After three weeks of really hard work, I’m please to say I printed 75% of the show. A big feat in my book. The night consisted of wayyy too many people in a small gallery space, Chris Thile from Nickel Creek, Citizen Cope, and Danny’s blues band. It was basically an awesome party with lots of really talented musicians blowing minds.

Chris took requests and played songs written by artists whos photos were in the show. Radiohead, White Stipes, Bob Dylan, and more Radiohead. Danny broke away from small talk to play a song or two with Chris. I don’t think I could have been more happy.

And here is a photo of Danny’s blues band. The Tangier’s Blues Band.

So, I will be gone from New York the next three weeks. So, it honor of saying a temorary goodbye, here are a few recent New York photos. The second photo down is of a guy who stands out by my work everyday and night.
