Gabriel Kahane – Where are the Arms

I’m really proud to have been a part of Gabriel Kahane‘s latest album titled “Where are the Arms”. Gabe is an extremely talented musician, and I had the honor to work on his album artwork with him and the oh-so-talented Cassandra Jenkins. His album release party was last week where I finally got my hands on a physical copy of the CD. It looks and sounds pretty incredible.

Jeremy Current – Dark Land of the Sun

A dear friend of mine, Jeremy Current, recorded an album in Nashville this past January. I was hired to document it in both stills and motion as well as shoot portraits for the cover. The record turned out wonderful, please have a listen.

Cracker Factory – Opening Night

On March 26th in Geneva, NY at the Cracker Factory, organized by Three Stories, nine of my photographs were part of the collective show Cropped. It was great to be a part of it and work with Amy and Brandon who own the factory, the show had a great turn out and was really well received. It was really interesting to see what images kept viewer’s attention, and what they had to say about them. I’m looking forward to the next one.

Cracker Factory Gallery – Exhibition

I’m honored to be part of a photo show later this month at the Cracker Factory in Geneva, NY. It will include nine 20 x 24in prints of mine, signed, framed, and editioned.

“The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial building in the Finger Lakes that houses the non-profit 3Stories.org, an organization that manages cultural events at the Factory including regular art shows, dance performances, poetry readings, and the Finger Lakes Film Festival. The second story of the building is divided between a rentable spectacular 6,000sq ft event space and 3,000sq ft of artist studios.”

The Impossible Project

A month ago, I was invited to be a beta tester for The Impossible Project’s first batch of film. They sent me four packs of super top-secret film and gave me a week to have fun with it. I invited some friends of mine, Emily and Paul, to be my models and test out the new film. After sending all the shot film back, they ended up picking four of my photographs to be displayed at today’s press release. They picked a photo of Murphy to be the cover image of the press release and had it hung front and center during the presentation, it was pretty awesome. A special thanks to Anne at The Impossible Project for the opportunity.

Pony Show Exhibition at Philly’s Part Time Studios

I’m very pleased to announce that a project Halligan, Maura Grace, and myself is on display at Philly’s Part Time Studios. The project has been in the works for over a year, but seeing it hanging on a wall makes it all seem new again.

James Nachtwey and TED

I was hired as a freelance retoucher for photographer James Nachtwey about 6 weeks ago. I was basically extra help to prep photos for the gallery that opens today. It was a wonderful experience with wonderful people for a wonderful cause. I’m very proud I was able to be a part of it. Take a look, but keep in mind most of the images are somewhat explicit.
