The first of my friends to buy a house. They bought an old row home in Philly with some solid / good bones. The plan is to rewire and gut it, get some handsome skin on them old bones. So Murphy and I made our way there to check it out, and hang some sheet rock.

A philly neighborhood with some true grit, it’s starting to sprout flowers. There’s something really intriguing about it, the dangerous streets and haunted houses, everything feels free for the taking.
